On average we carry out approximately 500 transactions per year being a mixture of purchases and sales. We have dealt with most problems that have arisen during the course of transactions. Commercial Services

We act for builders and developers in the purchase of commercial property and act for both landlord and tenant in the leasng of commercial property. As solicitors for Ossian. over the last ten years we have accumulated a wealth of experience in the purchase and sale of residential developments.

Wills and Executries

We have extensive experience in this area and can assist in the preparation of your will, planning your estate to minimise Inheritance Tax, administering your estate, winding up affairs and ingathering and distributing the funds.

Powers of Attorney and Guardianships

We prepare Powers of Attorney every week for our clients. We can advise on the options available under the Adults with Incapacity legislation including applications for welfare and financial guardianship.
